BLABBLE: Port Leto Redux

I haven't been doing anything lately except plan and sketch out the re-haul of Port Leto. I was quite unhappy with the layout and how things were looking so I decided to completely redo it. New Custom terrain, no maxis townies, a clean slate. I've vowed to build all of my own lots, even University lots. I have a list of desired lots written on a piece of paper and just finished the first community lot of the neighborhood. It's going to be an extremely slow process, but you when I'm done I'll definitely be showing pictures.
